CURATED 2025 - Mix Hotel

  • Mix Hotel 25 Boulevard du Souverain Watermael-Boitsfort, Bruxelles, 1170 Belgium (map)

Ariane van Dievoet, who specialises in sustainable design, is launching a new furniture collection this fall, as well as two unique pieces at the Curated exhibition, which will be held at the MIX hotel from September 26 to 28.

The designer and sculptor has made recycling materials the focus of her design work. She creates furniture and objects from discarded stones and mirrors that she collects, transforms, and combines with scrap wood or wood from the Sonian Forest (via the Sonian cooperative). The pieces she is unveiling this fall explore two aspects of her work: a new collection of pieces that she will be able to reproduce, but which will be unique thanks to the selected stone, and completely unique pieces inspired by the breaks in the selected stones.

The second edition of Curated, Functional Art Exhibition will be hosted at Mix Brussels and curated by Lionel Jadot. Featuring the work of 42 talented designers, this unique event transforms the historic former Royale Belge building into a vibrant hub of creativity. Designers, artists, collectors, and architects will come together to showcase and share their exceptional creations during a residency weekend filled with food, music, and DJ sets. This three-day event is open and accessible to everyone.
